I should have known Capri would be having a bad day.

Okay, so I did actually eventually wake up with a puppy-ball in my spoon. But during the night, he was all stretched out beside me, and you know how when dogs dream, sometimes they think they're running or something, and their paws are moving? Well Zeth's paws were braced against the wall making this horrible scratching sound, which I woke up to around 4, physically removed them from the wall, and went back to sleep.
Bah! Okay, today was WAY more stressful than Wednesday. Why? Because life is just full of surprizes, that's why. So I get to the studio nice and early to photo copy, but two of the songs still need to be printed off the computer... which is in Regina getting repaired, or updated, or something. The Level 1 Beginners were psycho/hyper today (and yeah, there's 15 of them-- can we say glorified babysitter?) And of course THEE challenging student of the studio, who by the way, has been doing soooo well lately, was very tired and grumpy and difficult today. She got in deeeeep trouble from Miss V a few times!! She didn't feel like having fun, but I forced her to, haha. (I made her play Simon Says-- yeah, she loved it). Big smiles by the end of class.
So here I am, thinking the day is a total dud, when the last class comes in. THEY WERE EFFIN' AWESOME!!! I started teaching them their new song today (without having lyrics, as they are in RE-FREAKIN-GINA), and by the end of class they were doing very difficult 2 part harmony in the chorus. (these are 10-11 year olds). They gave me chills, and I wanted to cry!! I love that class. They're awesome.

Okay!! So by this point, I'm in a good mood. I pack up my stuff, I'm walking down the hallway... and what do I smell? COFFEE!!!!
I'm thinking, Oooooh someone is making coffee in the staff room upstairs (do we even have a coffee maker?). I walk into the lobby area, and *gasp* we have a brand freakin new GORMET COFFEE MACHINE!!! AAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH! Oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my..... oh my..... *breathe!!* So.... excited.... *runs up and hugs machine multiple times*

So if you were in a biker gang, what would they call you? 'Cuz I'm thinking a name like Dinkle would just get your thinkle sprinkled.
Something to think about!!

... and that's why, for hundreds of years, everyone thought tomatoes were
PoisoNESS (biker name).

Driving around in a new city...

Wow. Finding my way around here is like... yeah, my title. I can't believe how long it takes me to find out how to do one little thing on here.
Anyway, I better make this as quick as I can. Today is homework day. I had a harmony lesson today, and my next one is Tuesday. One more sleep until Brennan time. The break-down? Today is the day to get all my homework done for Tuesday, so I can spend as much time with my new puppy as possible when he gets home.
My Aunt says the roads from Moose Jaw to Regina are horrible right now. Be careful, guys.

A lesson in the etiquette of dummy strings

Yeah so apparently all dummy strings are too long and you're supposed to pin them to the inside of your coat according to the length you need. Or so my mommy says, and she knows lots about mommy-type things so I'm gonna trust her on this one.
So today was just crazy. I swear the second I woke up my to-do list just kept getting longer and longer. Well I accomplished a lot, but tomorrow's another day with another list. Some days I feel like I might as well grab a cot from somewhere and move into the studio.
I'm taking the Expressions out for lunch tomorrow, which will be SOOOO much fun! Yay! And I don't know what it is, but kids at the studio keep coming up to me and asking if I'll teach them guitar. So it looks like I'm gonna have two new guitar students, for a grand total of four this year.
Classes were awesome today, even though the amount of preparation was stressful (first Wed. of year end recital rep = most stressful studio day of the year for me, guaranteed, followed by this Sat.)
And GAAAAAHHHH!!!!! I lost my planner and I feel like I'm going to die!! I had to write out my to-do's on a piece of paper today! ("I know, can you believe it?!")
Well, lots to do tomorrow, so off to bed am I. Busy, but good.
For today,
BusyNess

It's not so much that I don't like technology; it's just not a fan of me.

Wow. I have a blog. Has the world gone mad??? Hee heee I'm beaming with pride.
Okay, today I had a voice lesson in North Battleford. Good but frustrating.
Now I am here. My 4:00 has cancelled, so I teach from 4:30 until 8:00. My little Chelsea is finally home from extended Christmas holidays, so I'm excited to see her. No tap tonight, so I'll be doing the homework that I should have been doing instead of setting up my blog account. Procrastifreakination.
I just finished emailing D****; said what I needed to say. Rough, but I'm all the better for it. One of those things you try to put off until you realize it's making you just crazy and you need to suck it up and get it over with.
Brennan, and other Hoja extraordinare members: I hope the roads are being good to you, as well as the children. ("Children!!!!")
I stayed up way too late last night, so for today, it's:
